| Professional Experience | Professor James K. C. Chen is an Associate Professor Management of Technology at Department of Business Administration, Asia University Taiwan. Prior to this position, he has advance knowledge on practice in computer number control (CNC) machine and automatic control of model injection machine. Dr. Chen holds the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Technology Management, National Chiao Tung University in 2007. With 25 years of field working experience in industry site, Dr. Chen is an author of a number of books and more than 75 papers published in international journals and conference proceedings. He also services on paper reviewer for SCI, SSCI journal paper with an active research agenda, Dr. Chen’s papers have been published in journals such as: Journal of Business Research (JBR), Journal of Management & System, e-Business, sustainability, International Journal Sustainable Strategic Management, International Journal Value Chain Management, Journal of Technology Management, Foresight, Technology in Society, Journal of Testing and Evaluation, Asia Pacific Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Mathematical Problems in Engineering, etc. |
| Honors & Awards | Dr. Chen got the awards of “The Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society”. There are five years of research awards of Asia University. He also join the APO (Asia Production Organization) created the “Innovation Framework and Strategies” an APO perspective book. Dr. Chen also to services for five company consultant in Taiwan. He also one independent director of IPO Company in Taiwan.
